Our commitment

We believe accessibility is a core quality attribute of software, not an afterthought. We design with semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable controls, descriptive link text, and supportive labeling for assistive technologies such as screen readers. Accessibility is integrated into our design reviews, development standards, and quality assurance practices.

Conformance target

Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across our marketing website and the AEGIS ISD platform. We also consider the requirements of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) when designing and implementing features that are used by public and government programs.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add features or revise existing pages, we conduct accessibility reviews and automated scans, and we remediate reported issues in accordance with our issue-severity process. If we identify a known limitation on a specific page or feature, we will publish it here when the limitation is material.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, or if you have a suggestion that would improve accessibility, please contact us. Include (if possible) the URL or feature, the assistive technology and browser you are using, and a short description of the issue.

We will acknowledge your report within five (5) business days and will work to remediate reported barriers within a reasonable timeframe based on severity and complexity. Some issues may require coordination with third-party components; we will keep you informed of progress until the issue is resolved.

Our website includes resources provided by third parties, including fonts loaded from Google Fonts. We select third-party resources that we believe meet accessibility standards, but we are not able to directly control the accessibility of third-party content. Please let us know if you encounter an issue with third-party content linked from or embedded on our site.
